Protect yourself from any spell
There are many ways to clean your self from anyspell combining techniques , rituals ,meditations ,prayers to remove the effect of what is bothering you . According to my opinion , you must start cleaning yourself within your mind and Heart . I mean its you how have to decide i will be no longer victim of this or any type of spiritual manipulations . Needs to choose strength over weakness . Witchcrafts ,spells , spirits or negative entities attacks our vulnerabilities . This all begins in mind . If we feel ourselves as weak then we become weak. If we feel ourselves as helpless then we become helpless. Decide not to be helpless,weak and victim .This is the first step toward defeating any spiritual manipulations be it spells or negative entities . The next step is you make a commitment to yourself create a goal. we need to create some type of spiritual discipline in our lifes to connect with our higher self and the higher powers to help you in a situation . exercise the use of our “will” to become stronger or creating a strong spiritual discipline,without that we leave ourselves open to attack. You will need to incorporate the daily practice of connecting to higher self .Call upon your guardian angel or any God or Goddess you belief . YOU must be absolutely committed to your spiritual well-being. who can be more powerful than us ,our will ,and our mind upon us . This practise starts with YOU .
even if you hire spiritual help . you need to do all that which is mentioned above so that things go well in direction of success . you can save time and money by doing it yourself . Anyhow sometimes you need someone stronger to set you up. Ultimately your salvation comes from within YOU!
